Pecoc will be a multi - sports facility that provides its users with various services.

A first class fitness and life style centre, a multi discipline artificial surficial to have 2 full size basket ball courts, 25 meter swimming pool, skating rink, walkers path, Gymnasium, children’s park, a food and beverage / lounge area, yoga hall, a massage therapy clinic and other amenities such as offices, conference room, a child care center and full - service locker rooms will all be available in the facility. Some commercial space to house Pro-shops and leading brands with kids entertainment with state of the art trendy games, water theme park etc. will also co-exist but would be introduced after 2 years only.  

Along with these amenities, The Pecoc will provide its users with qualified and knowledgeable people to make sure all of their sport and fitness needs are met. Pecoc, as it stands today needs to develop from scratch and thus the focal point would be to use the facility to provide a serious of services so as to secure adequate and quality visibility in the market and there by build up a promotional base. With kerala Tourism at its peak, the sports tour cult that would be promoted both among domestic and international tour companies, a 25 bed 3 star facility would also be part of this facility.

All of the above services are proposed to be working out of a minimum facility to be located in the heart of Perinthalmanna. This would help in establishing Pecoc as a brand to initiate plans for the larger plans of league and team structuring
